Iyad ISHTAYA

Dr. Iyad Ishtaya is Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Al-Quds Open University. He has extensive experience in academic leadership and public policy research, and is a strong advocate of classical liberal thought as a foundation for individual liberty, good governance, and democratic participation. He has worked to integrate liberal values into educational curricula and serves as President of the Palestinian Forum for Youth for Freedom and Democracy, where he promotes youth empowerment, civic engagement, and the development of open and resilient Arab societies.
