Public Policy Bootcamp Initiative – Marrakech

The Marrakech edition of the Public Policy Bootcamp Initiative will bring together university students from across Morocco and the region for an intensive three-day experience focused on public policy, governance, and economic reform. Hosted in one of Morocco’s leading academic and cultural centers, the bootcamp will provide participants with the opportunity to engage directly with major policy challenges affecting the Arab world and Africa today.

During the Marrakech bootcamp, students will work in competing teams to analyze real case studies, simulate decision-making environments, and design practical, evidence-based recommendations. The program will combine lectures and workshops on economics, markets, institutional dynamics, and policy analysis with hands-on activities that encourage innovation and critical thinking.

The Marrakech edition will also place strong emphasis on communication and leadership. Participants will learn how to pitch their policy proposals, advocate for their ideas, and build effective awareness campaigns. By the end of the bootcamp, students will have strengthened both their analytical skills and their ability to transform ideas into concrete action.
