During the Second Arab Liberty Festival, the Arab Center will organize an open discussion with Dr. Tom G. Palmer.
Dr. Tom Palmer is a libertarian author and theorist, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute and vice president for international programs at the Atlas Network.
Dr. Palmer will give a presentation entitled « Free Trade Beyond Utopia ». After his presentation Dr. Tom Palmer will be answering the questions previously received from the audience, and a coffee break will be held afterwards.
